Blue Chip Works believes the distance between education and employment should be shorter.

As part of our long-term workforce strategy, BCW is developing apprenticeship and work-based learning pathways designed to give participants meaningful experience, practical skills, mentorship, and greater exposure to real career opportunities.

These programs are still under development.
